Strike 1! Strike 2! Aaaaaand Stri...NO HE HITS!!!

Hihi ^^
This app was made for my brother XD And it is also officially my first Unity App which made it into a store :D I present to you:

SEX POSITION TIMER

Yes, it is EXACTLY what it sounds like ;)

I made this 'app' over the course of a week, after work. I wasn't very productive at first, because I kept giggling when I animated the first few positions (yes, ANIMATED ;) ). The models were made in blender, and the animation itself as well. Then I made a simple construct in Unity, and it was ready to go! So I exported it to XCode, compiled it and uploaded it to the iOS App Store - but it was Saturday, I went out to grab some food, and when I came back I thought: hey, it's Unity, why not compile it for Android as well? ^^

I didn't have a Google Play Account at that time yet, but the balance on my credit card was still enough to make me an Android dev, so I paid the 25 bucks, compiled for Android, and uploaded it there as well. Half an hour later (!), this:

STRIKE ONE! Hihi, well, I thought it may happen. But I even took out the sounds! :D And made the models super abstract! :D But it didn't matter.

I still didn't want to give up, so I compiled for BlackBerry as well. It wouldn't become a 3 out of 3 anymore, but 2 out of 3 was still possible, even 1/3 would be good ^^

Then a long time nothing. 2 weeks later, this:

STRIKE TWO! At least, Apple's explanation is that they already have enough apps like that :v

Well, I also assumed this would happen. And then, this:

Hey! That sounded different! :D A chance! STILL A CHANCE to hit the ball out of the park! Needless to say, I fixed what they wanted me to, and now I can 'proudly' show you this screenshot:

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahaaa ^^
I made a sex app :D
And it's on BlackBerry :D

Normally, I'd say 'Go get it, it's free', but this one is a paid app ;) Sorry ^^
Hihi. I'm having fun ^^

October challenge completed!

Zoom In 1 Word has officially finished the October Challenge 2014 successfully!
As you can see in the image, this months totals has exceeded 1 USD! Yayyy! And it ‘only’ took 20 days :v
On a side note: iAds suck :D I made two other games in the meantime, selling them for $0.99 each, and both made more than this game already ;)
If you wanna check it out, it’s available in the Apple App Store (iPad & iPhone), and it’s free. For more info, see my LudumDare October challenge entry http://ludumdare.com/compo/october-challenge-2014/?action=preview&uid=717

Now just a few more months and I can finally buy a hotdog with my money! :D

New App + LudumDare October Challenge!

Another two apps that made it to the store! The big Eye is my October challenge entry, and the other one another mini app which can make you feel stupid :)

Zoom In 1 Word! Can you guess the enlarged image?

How good can you recognize food, animals and things? With Zoom In 1 Word you can test yourself! Try to guess what is shown in the image, select the letters in the correct order and solve the puzzle!

And for the extra fun: Play together with family and friends!

Have fun!

I Hate Clocks. So much. Don't you hate them too?

This app will make you hate them even more. With this app you can either become raging mad unable to figure out what the right time is to become mad, train yourself to get a lot better to read a clock no matter if you're in Hong Kong, New York or London, or start crying, thinking your final hours have come :)

Are you up to the challenge?

I joined onegameamonth

If you've been around LudumDare for a while, Christer Kaitila aka McFunkyPants shouldn't be unknown to you. A while ago, he created the page http://www.onegameamonth.com/, and as you can probably imagine, that's exactly what the name stands for!

And well, I joined! ;) http://www.onegameamonth.com/pythong

Hopefully this keeps me a bit more organized than I am now ^^

Status update!

Status update! Since June I uploaded several new apps, and all of them are available for free ;) ! My bet with my roommate is still running, but he isn't very productive (concerning his own apps)

JUNE

Wanna become a burger chef? Do it like SpongeBob and combine your ingredients to make tasty burgers!

This game is my take on 2048

JULY

"I Hate German". A simple statement, but the statement says it all ;) German as a language is not as easy as some may think, and with this app you can test yourself, how good you are when you face the german DER DIE DAS, what EVERYONE 'loves' who wants to learn german ^^

My girlfriend and my roommates girlfriend are both currently learning german. I guess they'll hate me for this app :D

AUGUST
This game is a quiz with flags! Test your knowledge with this word game

I wanted to try making a word game, and this was the (first) result. Also, I think I can go even further with the base code of this app

SEPTEMBER
What do ppl hate even more than German? Apparently Math. I'm not sure why, actually I like math ^^ . But having a few ppl test this game made me realize, how angry you can get when you're unable to add 3 and 5 ;) (btw, it's not 6)

Personally, this one is just for fun ^^ But it was too simple for me, that's why I added a few means traps into the game. Wanna see for yourself ;) ? Check it out

You can go to the App Store by clicking the images ;) Also, there's another app in the review queue, based on Flag Quiz. You can probably guess what it is ;)

Status update

I felt like posting sth today, since BlackBerry decided to drop AIR completely, starting from OS 10.3.1. WHICH MEANS that from the point you download 10.3.1 onto your device, all Flash apps will NOT work anymore. Which are like....nearly all my apps. Will I port them to Android or Cascades? I think not.

Also, I don't know if you know, but I have a bet running with my housemate: since we both failed to make awesome polished apps by the end of 2013, we decided to make a polished app each month this year. Current process is this:

In fact, I also finished my April entry already, but the Apple reviewers sent my last submission back. Let's see how the next days will be

Keep on coding!
